1) General info:

Allow up to 7 days for a reply to your email
Emails are not attended to on weekends
All sales are final. Refunds will only be given in the case of a defective item, out of stock item, or wrong item/size sent.
Current shipping time is up to 2 weeks for in-stock items
2) Refunds will not be given for the following reasons:
-Buyer not wanting to pay import duty/taxes. It is your responsibility to know your country's import duty rates. We cannot change your international order to a gift or lower the merchandise value.
-"I changed my mind"
-Anything other than a defective item or out of stock item
3) *Double-check your address when ordering.*
If your order is returned by the USPS/UPS because you entered the wrong address, name, zip code, etc. You are responsible for paying to have it shipped again to the correct address. Refunds will not be given because you didn't enter your address correctly and don't want to pay again.
4) Shipping times:
*DUE TO ONGOING ISSUES ASSOCIATED WITH COVID-19 YOU MAY EXPERIENCE LONGER THAN USUAL SHIPPING TIMES*
For in-stock items, allow up to 7 days from date of order for your order to be processed. Please note this is different from shipping times which is under the control of USPS and begins after the order has been shipped (not received)

yellow: 3 days
blue: 4/5 days
Please note that these are estimates and First-Class mail has no guaranteed delivery date.
5) Delivery Attempt Failed / No Such Address / Incomplete Address / Etc.:
We cannot contact your local post office for any of the above reasons or anything similar. If your package is returned here and needs to be re-shipped, it will sit here until you cover the cost of re-shipment. Refunds will not be given for issues related to this reason. Address labels are generated based on your inputted information only, so any missing apartment number, wrong zip code, or otherwise is your responsibility
6) International Shipping Policy:
We accept responsibility for international packages up until the point it leaves the country (U.S.A.) - defined as being marked as "In Transit to Next Facility" after arriving at an International Distribution Center. Once it is out of the country we cannot check on its status, contact U.S. customs, contact your local post office, contact a foreign customs house, etc. No refund will be given after it leaves the U.S. based distribution center. If you do not agree with this policy, do not order.
Returned packages will be subject to the returned packages policy in item 5
We do not have the ability to mark your item as a gift to avoid taxes, duties, etc.
