1) Size exchanges are available on a case by case basis - contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to confirm
2) The exchange (new item) will be sent after the original is received in-hand. The exchange can't be processed before - meaning not when you mail it out and not when your tracking info says it arrived. At times it is possible that the tracking number says an item has arrived before it has actually arrived. No exchange will be processed until the order arrives. If the item doesn't arrive / is lost by the post office we cannot at this time take the time to search for it
3) Currently we do not offer international size exchanges
4) size exchanges based on availability. customer is responsible for one-way shipping costs for exchanges.
4a) it's important to note there is no "hold" system for exchanges, i.e. if an item sells out before the exchange can be processed (not the same as when tracking indicates your side of the exchange can be delivered) and was once available but is not currently available, the exchange will have to be cancelled and a refund will be issued
5) customer is responsible for one-way shipping costs for exchanges, i.e. you send your package back at your own expense and we will ship back the new item at our expense
